Monday to Saturday
10:00 AM to 1:00 PM and 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM

I. Customer Support

We will assist you with your queries during our working hours. If we receive any calls during non-working hours, we will respond the next day, or you may call us again during our working hours.

II. Messaging

Kindly do not message us on the WhatsApp number we use to send order confirmations and tracking numbers. That number is exclusively for marketing purposes and is not monitored. Please message us only on Instagram @hazelswillow24 or write to us at hazels.willow2024@gmail.com.

III. Dispatch Times

All orders will be dispatched within 12 hours to 3 working days after order placement, subject to successful payment by the customer.

IV. Delivery Timeline

From dispatch, delivery will take 1 - 7 days depending on your location:

  • Tamil Nadu: 1–3 days
  • South India: 2–5 days
  • North India: 5–10 days

V. Order Updates

We will keep you informed about your order confirmation and tracking number via email and WhatsApp.

VI. Tracking Details

Shipment tracking details will be sent to your email and WhatsApp, typically updated within 3 hours of dispatch.

VII. Stock Issues

If any size or color is out of stock after order confirmation, we will inform you within 1 - 5 working days and suggest a similar product before dispatching your order.

VIII. Courier Partners

We typically ship via DTDC, ST Couriers, or Blue Dart. Shipping is a third-party service, so delays may occur during public holidays, natural calamities, or strikes.

IX. Delays

In case of delivery delays, we will assist in tracking your package, but management is not liable for third-party delays.

X. Address Errors

In the event of a wrong contact number or incorrect address, the product will be returned to us (RTO). We will cover the return shipping charge, but the customer must pay for reshipping. Please ensure correct information is provided.

XI. Lost Parcels

If a parcel is lost or not delivered by the courier, we will send a new parcel after investigation. Refunds are not applicable in such cases.

International Shipping Policy

Orders will be dispatched within 1-4 working days. We will check with international partners (e.g., DHL, DTDC International) and provide shipping rates and options. If the rates are not convenient, you may provide an Indian address for domestic shipping.

XII. Payment Policy

Our payment policy outlines the terms and conditions under which payments are made for products and services.


    Accepted Payment Methods
  • Online Payments: Credit/Debit Cards, Bank Transfers or UPI transfers (Google Pay, Paytm etc.). Payments must be made in Indian currency (Rupees).
  • No Cash on Delivery (COD): Customers are required to pay in advance via secure online payment methods.
