RETURN AND EXCHANGE

Customers are eligible to request a return or exchange within 3 days from the date the order is delivered.
The product must be unused, unworn, and returned in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
A clear, continuous unboxing/opening video is compulsory for any exchange or refund request. Requests without the required video proof may not be accepted.
Products that are damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise eligible for return must be reported within the specified 3-day period.
All return and exchange requests are subject to verification and approval by Hazel’s Willow.

Product should be unused with original packing.
